SERVAPALOOZA

Hey people! TJ will be performing for over 3000 people at the Servapalooza: Service Festival and Parade of Wishes in Balboa Park on April 26, 2009. Servapalooza will feature hands-on service projects hosted by 50 community organizations, a Parade of Wishes for youth groups, youth performers, raffles, silent auction, food, vendors and much, much more! Hey there! We finally have some news about Timyra-Joi! She has been very busy lately. TJ has been signed by United Start Entertainment and is working with a former A&R of Universal Music Group. She will leave for New York in June to work on two music videos. One video is for her song What Kind of World, and the other is for her new song Let Boys Be Boys, which will be released at the end of this month. I can't wait to hear the new song! And congrats TJ on being signed!!

LAMA PRESENTER

Hey everybody! I have more news about the Los Angeles Music Awards. Not only has Timyra-Joi's song What Kind of World been nominated for Best Inspirational Song of the Year, but TJ was also chosen to be an award presenter! She will be presenting an award to 82 year old Delores Fuller. Delores Fuller is a songwriter and actress. She wrote 14 of Elvis Presley's #1 hits, wrote songs for Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee and Johnny Rivers, was known as the 1950's sci-fi movie queen and appeared in all of Ed Wood's movies. What an impressive resume!!

Not only will Timyra share a dinner table with Ms. Fuller and present her with the Hollywood Star for Career Achievement for Hit Songs and Film Appearances, but TJ's name will appear on Ms. Fuller's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!!! Even though it isn't Timyra's star, her name will appear under Ms. Fuller's name as the award presenter. How cool is that?!

Hey TJO! Timyra is set to perform at the 2008 Bridal Bazaar in San Diego on July 20, 2008. If you are interested in attending, the show is from 10AM to 4PM. HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL

Timyra-Joi is currently in rehearsals for High School Musical youth theater. She will star in the lead role of Gabriella. The show opens August 21-31, 2008 at the Lyceum Theater in downtown San Diego, CA.
