Hey Timyra Fans! I have the most exciting news! Timyra won the Song of the Year Contest! She along with co-writer Becky Rash were recognized for their exceptional songwriting ability for the song What Kind of World. They competed against songwriters from all over the world for this honor. I'm so proud of them! Congratulations ladies!

Hey TJO! Timyra is set to perform at the 2008 Bridal Bazaar in San Diego on July 20, 2008. If you are interested in attending, the show is from 10AM to 4PM. Tickets are $10.00 at the door, but you can purchase them online HERE for only $7.50. For more information about the Bridal Bazaar click HERE. Directions to the San Diego Convention Center, where the event will be held, are below.

Timyra-Joi is currently in rehearsals for High School Musical youth theater. She will star in the lead role of Gabriella. The show opens August 21-31, 2008 at the Lyceum Theater in downtown San Diego, CA.
If you've never seen High School Musical be sure to watch it on the Disney Channel tomorrow at 7PM E/P.
